     Podcasts, Podcasts, Podcasts!

    Notes and NewsSeveral different classes have recently created audio recordings or podcasts which have been posted to the district website. Mrs. Bosak's 3rd class created podcasts on Native Americans. Several students in 6th Grade Language Arts recited poems and created enhanced podcasts. Also, the 8th grade Internet Skills created podcasts of Children's books which they read. The links are below. You must be logged on as a student or staff to see the 8th grade podcasts.

     Middle School: Graduation Ceremony and Rehearsal Details

    Middle SchoolThe Graduation Ceremony for the Highlands Class of 2008 will take place on Wednesday, June 4, at 7:30 p.m. in the middle school gymnasium. Graduation rehearsals will be held on Monday, June 2, Tuesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 4. On Wednesday, the 8th grade students will be dismissed at approximately 10:30 a.m. The girls are requested to bring the shoes they will be wearing during the ceremony to the first two rehearsals. Please note that all students will walk up stairs leading up to the stage, to begin and end the ceremony, so it is important that they wear shoes that are comfortable. Remind your child that we will enforce the school dress code during the last three days of school.
