ILMEA HONOR BAND Information and Audition Music
This is a special opportunity for students looking for a way to challenge themselves musically outside of our school band. Please read the information sheet below. Click the link for access to the audition music. I have not shared this with students yet, so please share this with your child, as their Schoology Page is down for the summer!
Please contact me with any questions!
I encourage all incoming 6th-8th graders to try out for the Highlands Jazz Band. If you aren't in the band and play guitar, bass, or piano, we also encourage you audition! We rehearse one day a week (Thursday mornings) and have a ton of fun learning how to solo and play in the Jazz style. You have plenty of time to practice the audition music (see the link below). Please let me know if you have any questions!
