During social studies, 8th graders had the opportunity to "tour" the country during the Great Depression to see the effects this economic downturn had on ordinary American citizens. The students made creative and informational scrapbooks to document their experience. Their scrapbooks were great reminders of the difficulties American citizens faced after the stock market crash of 1929. Great job, 8th graders!
